At SENA Europe GmbH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
